What is HaynesPro?
HaynesPro is professional automotive technical data used by garages and workshops. It includes guided diagnostics, repair procedures, wiring diagrams, service and maintenance schedules, adjustment values and technical specifications for a wide range of vehicles.
What exactly do I get when I buy a licence?
You get online access to the HaynesPro platform for the length of the licence you purchase (for example, 12 months). It is an online licence - there is no disc or physical product.
How is my licence delivered?
Digitally, by email. As soon as your payment is confirmed we send your access details and setup instructions to the email address you used at checkout. There is no shipping and no delivery charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm UK) are usually delivered within a few minutes and up to a few hours at busy times. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.
I haven't received my licence - what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email info@diagautopro.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
Which vehicles are covered?
HaynesPro covers a very wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles. You search for your specific vehicle within the platform (for example by registration or VIN) to see the data available for it.
Does the licence renew automatically?
No. Our licences are prepaid for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. When the period ends, access simply stops - you are never charged automatically. If you want to continue, you place a new order.
Can I get a refund?
As these are digital licences delivered instantly, refunds are limited once access has been sent - please see our Refund Policy for full details. If your licence does not work or is not as described, contact us and we will provide a working replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL encrypted and payments are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
