These terms govern your use of diagautopro.com and any purchase you make from DiagAutoPro. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital licences for automotive data and diagnostic software (such as HaynesPro access). Products are delivered electronically by email. Product descriptions, coverage and requirements are provided on each product page; please read them before purchasing.

2. Licences and permitted use

Each licence is provided for use by the purchaser in accordance with the applicable software provider's own terms. Licences must not be resold, shared, sublicensed or redistributed without our written permission.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers.

4. Delivery, refunds and cancellation

Delivery and refunds are governed by our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to copy, tamper with or circumvent any licence or security measure.

6. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that data coverage will include every vehicle. Vehicle search may require a VIN or manual selection; registration-number lookup is not supported.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DiagAutoPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
