Delivery Policy

All DiagAutoPro products are digital licences - there is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, your licence key and setup instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is normally within a few minutes, and up to 24 hours during busy periods.

Not received your licence?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email info@diagautopro.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
