Delivery Policy

All DiagAutoPro products are digital licences. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your licence and setup instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (UK time). Weekends and UK public holidays are closed.

• Orders placed during business hours are normally delivered within a few minutes, and up to a few hours at busy times.
• Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Not received your licence?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email info@diagautopro.com with your order number and we will resend it during business hours.
