Refund Policy

This policy applies to the digital licence products sold by DiagAutoPro, including HaynesPro access licences and similar digital goods delivered electronically.

Digital products and your right to cancel

Our products are digital licences delivered by email. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. This right does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun with your consent.

By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of your licence and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the licence key and access details have been sent to you.

Faulty, undelivered or misdescribed licences

If your licence does not work, is not delivered, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@diagautopro.com within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a working replacement or a full refund.

When we cannot offer a refund

As our products are digital licences, we cannot refund a licence that has been delivered and is working correctly, including where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or your vehicle/software is not supported. Please review the product requirements (including VIN-based vehicle search and supported languages) before buying.

Subscription and licence duration

Time-limited licences (for example 3-month or 12-month access) are prepaid for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Access ends when the licence period expires. To cancel a future renewal simply do not purchase again; no action is required.
